I’m glad you are here but before we get into it, let me tell you a bit more about myself and PB Goodness.
A few things about me.
I'm a certified plant-based nutrition coach and a qualified fitness trainer.
Over the years, I have become an expert in health & fitness with a focus on plant-based nutrition & wellness.
I've already spent over 100 hours studying plant-based nutrition and have completed two diplomas (Plant-based Nutrition and Vegan and Vegetarian Living) and I am also a registered member of the School of Natural Health Sciences.
I have transitioned to plant-based journey over a year ago and I never looked back. Since then I have helped others with their transition.
So I have decided to create this space as I want to share my knowledge, inspire and help others on their plant-based journey 🌱
